Natalie believes the best work happens when people feel connected to each other, to the work, and to the larger purpose behind it. As Studio Operations Manager, she helps shape how Ralston operates and grows, bringing together the people, priorities, and ideas that keep the studio moving forward.

Naturally curious and always paying attention to how people experience the world around them, Natalie is often asking what could work better, be more thoughtful, or have a greater impact. She has a knack for seeing connections between people, ideas, and seemingly unrelated details, then finding a way to bring them together. Whether looking at an internal process, the client experience, or an opportunity for the firm, she is drawn to the space between the big picture and the details that make it work.

Natalie cares deeply about the culture of Ralston and the experience of everyone who interacts with the studio. She believes the strongest businesses are thoughtful about both: how people work together behind the scenes and how that translates to clients, partners, and the work itself. Her approach is grounded in curiosity, honest communication, a little humor, and a willingness to question how things have always been done.

Working closely with Ralston’s leadership team, Natalie helps turn ideas into action and brings structure to the many moving pieces of a growing practice.
