Kelly brings a wide-ranging background to Ralston, with experience across both the creative and practical sides of design and construction. That path gives her a firsthand understanding of how a home comes together, and an appreciation for the many decisions and relationships that turn a design vision into something tangible.

As Director of Sourcing, Kelly helps shape the character of each Ralston home through the pieces and materials that bring it to life. From early inspiration through installation, she brings a thoughtful eye to sourcing while navigating the relationships, logistics, and details behind each selection. Resourceful by nature, she knows where to look, who to call, and when the right solution means looking somewhere unexpected.

Her approach balances strong design instinct with practicality. The right piece isn’t simply the most beautiful one; it has to belong in the home, work for the people who live there, and feel like a natural part of the larger design. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Kelly also brings an added understanding of materials and building practices to her work.

Kelly believes the most memorable homes are shaped by thoughtful choices, including the pieces that immediately draw your eye and the details you may never consciously notice. For her, sourcing is about finding what feels considered, personal, and completely at home in its surroundings.
