Looking to join an energetic, growing practice recognized for trend-setting design? Are you a skilled team leader who can contribute to all aspects of a residential architecture studio, helping to deepen its reputation for exceptional design?

You’ll be responsible for guiding a team of dynamic architects, directing projects from early stage conceptual design through construction. You’ll collaborate with experienced leaders and act as a mentor to others, nurturing those on your team to grow and push themselves to improve.

QUALIFICATIONS

You probably have five to ten years of experience in residential design. You have demonstrated success managing projects from design through construction and ensuring the successful execution of project schedule and budget.

Your character is a tremendous asset and you have a technical pedigree to match. You probably are licensed in one or more states and have a professional degree in in Architecture from an accredited university. The tools of an architect are extremely familiar to you; both hand-drawing skills and a variety of software (Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office). You are organized, punctual, and a natural team leader.

Looking to join an energetic, growing practice recognized for exceptional design and client experience? Are you someone who thrives on organization, anticipation, and creating a seamless environment for both leadership and team members?

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to support our Principal while also serving as the central hub of our office operations. This role blends executive support with hands-on coordination of the day-to-day office experience, helping ensure our studio runs smoothly and professionally at all times.

You’ll work closely with leadership, managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and supporting key administrative functions, while also taking ownership of the physical office environment. From preparing for client meetings to keeping the office organized and running efficiently, your role will be essential to the rhythm and success of the studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll play a key role in supporting both leadership and the day-to-day operations of the office, including:

Executive Support

  • Manage calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination 
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries 
  • Assist with expense tracking and receipt organization 
  • Support follow-ups, renewals, and general administrative needs 

Office Coordination

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests and deliveries 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment 
  • Manage incoming and outgoing packages and vendor coordination 
  • Order and restock office supplies, snacks, and kitchen items 

Meeting & Client Experience

  • Prepare conference rooms for client meetings 
  • Coordinate catering (ordering, setup, and cleanup) 
  • Support internal meetings, events, and lunch & learns 
  • Help ensure a polished and seamless in-office client experience 

Administrative Support

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks across the team 
  • Provide light support to operations as needed 
  • Help maintain organization of shared resources and systems 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Your character and work ethic are your greatest assets. You have experience supporting executives, coordinating office environments, or working in an administrative role within a professional setting.

You are comfortable using common business tools such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) and are quick to learn new systems. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and reliability are essential in this role.
